Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

The B&B "I Falchi Pellegrini" is located on the Via degli Dei in an independent villa surrounded by greenery. It is suitable for the overnight stay of hikers who run the historic Bologna-Florence route and people looking for a stop in the green of the Bolognese Apennines.
