Located within a short walk of Chico's beautiful One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request.

Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

This guest-house cabin is nestled on our family’s 5 acres in the pine forests of the Sierra Nevadas. Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.
