Historic, rustic farmhouse, modernized with 3 floors. The house is quietly situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by woods and pastures with a view of the Alpstein. There is plenty of space for up to 8 guests to get together, including a very well-equipped kitchen (including fondue dishes and baking utensils), a cozy living room, a beautiful farm garden with a large terrace. The wonderful location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein invites you to go cycling, hiking and exploring.

The apartment (95 square meters) offers a double bed, a yoga corner and a detached bathroom in the bedroom! The shower and toilet are located in a separate room. The living room with tiled stove is modern and stylishly furnished with carefully restored pieces of furniture.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

You will find great hiking and walking trails as well as excellent bike paths in the nearby forest or along the river. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Loft with lake view and garden.

That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. It must be a wonderful place to relax and enjoy life. 10 minutes to Stein am Rhein 34 minutes to Schaffhausen/Rheinfall 35 minutes to Constance on Lake Constance 57 minutes to Zurich

Beautiful 1.5-room apartment with views of the countryside

Our renovated apartment is ideally located between St. Gallen and Zurich. It offers everything for a break in the countryside or for a home office location. Assembly workers are also welcome. Very good starting point for excursions to nearby Toggenburg or St. Gallen / Zurich. Highway can be reached in 12 minutes. Beautiful terrace for lounging with seating and views of the countryside.
