Casa vacanze Il Borgo is a small jewel entirely made of stone, located in the village of Rocca Sigillina in the municipality of Filattiera. It is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a bathroom and an open space with a sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. The accommodation has exclusive use of a swimming pool overlooking the Apennines, accessible directly from the kitchen window door. In the external courtyard there is also a gazebo with a table and deckchairs with an umbrella.

It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca.
