Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful, cosy newly refurbished flat in Newcastle. Perfectl location for couples and families to explore Newcastle and surrounding areas. Within walking distance to the Freeman Hospital and Jesmond Dene. With brilliant local pubs, cafes and restaurants all close by. Bus routes and metro direct into Newcastle City centre or the Coast (Tynemouth/Whitley Bay). The flat is located in a peaceful friendly estate 2 mile from St James Park.

We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Newcastle Airport is 20mins away.
