Sur une propriété de plus d’un hectare, située en bordure du lac, au pied du Pic de Nore, venez profiter du calme de cet endroit préservé et savourez quelques instants de repos à l'ombre du tulipier. A 45 minutes de la Cité de Carcassonne, proche de nombreux sites touristiques, ce village offre un grand nombre d’activités et de balades.

Les Coumayres is a newly renovated 16th century farmhouse in the mountains, surrounded by lakes, hiking treks, old villages and stunning countryside. The house comprises the main family home and four self contained holiday homes. There is a heated swimming pool, children's adventure playground, tree house, play pond, large stone BBQ and many terraces. The owner lives on site. The house has a 30m long shaded south facing stone terrace with incredible views towards the Pyrenees.

Group cottage, 15 people or more

Get away from it all in this house with large volumes and old tiles: it is ideal for families with children (game room, swimming pool, billiards, barbecue...). Its shaded garden with pool encourages summer relaxation (6x4 m pool). This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is dedicated to a family setting and moderately festive (loud music/neighborhood) and no pets are allowed. In July and August we rent for a minimum of 5 nights.
