In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Quiet on the outskirts with direct access to nature is our cozy attic apartment. A cozy nest with lots of light and an unobstructed view from large windows and from the sun balcony. You are quickly in Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
