Haus im Grünen-Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses

Wir bieten das Souterrain in unserem Haus in exklusiver Grünruhelage inmitten des Wienerwaldes mit einem Garagenplatz an. Es sind 20 km bis in die Wiener Innenstadt, zur Autobahn 4 km und zum Flughafen 20 km. Rundherum gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Kino, Shoppingcenter, Restaurants, Heurige, Kletterfelsen, Polizei, unzählige Wanderwege, Burgen, eine Therme, Skigebiete… Wir haben einen Hund (Border Collie). Ein Zustellbett ist möglich.

Charmant, zentral und neu renoviert - das ist unsere Ferienwohnung am Neusiedler See. Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Urlauber und ist 70 m² groß. Ein romantischer Innenhof mit blühenden Oleandern und Sitzecken lädt zum Ausruhen und Genießen ein. Direkt vor der Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Naschgarten und Kräuter zum Pflücken. Wir bieten auch Frühstück mit hausgemachten Marmeladen, Produkten aus dem Hausgarten und Bio-Traubensaft gegen einen Aufpreis an.
