We offer the basement in our house in an exclusive green quiet location in the middle of the Vienna Woods with a garage space. It is 20 km to Vienna city center, to the highway 4 km and to the airport 20 km. There are many opportunities for leisure activities all around. In the immediate vicinity are cinema, shopping center, restaurants, towering, climbing rocks, police, countless hiking trails, castles, a spa, ski resorts... We have a dog (Border Collie). An extra bed is possible.

The train to Vienna takes only 30 minutes to the center. Since Maria Ellend is not in the direct airway, there is no aircraft noise. Furthermore, the Designer Outlet in Parndorf can be reached in just 15 minutes. For the daily local supply there is a Spar supermarket in the village and also restaurants.

We also provide breakfast of homemade jams, house garden products and organic grape juice at an additional cost.

Spend your nights in one of our cuddly rooms, equipped with bath/WC, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We offer you a rich breakfast buffet with homemade products. Your stay includes the Neusiedlerseecard and local tax. Our house is located in the center of Jois and directly on the bike path. The lake is 2 km away.
