A comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. The flat is looking at a courtyard and very quiet. It is on the ground floor and has all amenities needed for a good short stay. Super fast WiFi, multiple coffee pod machine, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, smart TV. I am a seasoned traveler and stayed in hundreds of Airbnb's and tried to make this space as best as it can be for others looking for a home from home. Apartment is placed just one stop to the huge shopping mall Alfa. Tram and bus stops are just infront of the building(Meža Skola stop) goes directly to the center. Apartment is 25 skv.m., placed on the 1st floor. 1-2 people will feel very comfortable, but for short term there is extra folding sofa size 140X200 which can fit more 1-2 people. Apartment includes everything for living, like bedsheets, towels, kitchenware. Washing mashine is with drying function. Can provide baby chair and etc.

The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.
