The house comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a mezzanine. Sleeps 6, double bed in bedroom, bed in living room, two single beds on mezzanine. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, TV-DVBT, fenced plot. Swing for children. Quiet place. Close to shop, lake. In the yard there are sun loungers, a barbecue, and a gazebo. At the lake there is a surf camp, kayak rental, and swimming in Lake Gardno.

On the 15-acre property, there are 3 cottages, a playground, a trampoline, and a parking lot, additionally surrounded by a 1-meter-high fence. Pets are allowed.
