It is in an ideal spot for exploration, as the property sits on the South West Coastal Path and you can enjoy the rural delights of North Devon from the beautiful seaside village of Combe Martin, with its rockpools and calm seas for kayaking & paddleboarding. Beautiful 2 bed apartment with stunning sea views

Centre Point is a newly refurbished 1st floor apartment in a superb location just a 2 min walk from the award winning golden sand beach and village of Woolacombe. It enjoys fabulous panoramic, elevated, uninterrupted ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and out onto the 30ft long balcony, where there are sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to enjoy Al fresco dining at its very best. It is accessed through it's own front door up a staircase adjacent to a private parking space.

No 11 The Dunes is a fantastic 2 bed 2 bathroom contemporary apartment. With sea and dune views from all rooms, this ground-floor apartment has on-site private parking for one car. This is a great apartment for both children and dogs as you have access to the decking and grassed area and amenities are a stones throw away. The house is in a superb location just a minutes walk from Looe Town centre and 5 minutes walk from Looe beach. It has Wi-Fi , five smart TV's and superb harbour views. The house has just been fully renovated and re-decorated to a very high standard and has a new kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture. Guests will also have use of a local indoor pool and free evening entertainment at a local holiday park. There is parking available at just £6 per day or free parking a short walk away.
