The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern. The location is a good starting point to visit the Bernese Alps or the Emmental.

In the converted screed of a chalet is a friendly and bright 1-room apartment with kitchenette and private bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen has two hotplates, a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and a small oven. Enjoy the distant view of the Bernese Alps or in bad weather the satellite TV. The double bed is 1.60 m x 2m large.

In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.
