This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a chlorine free, private swimming pool-heated from April to end of October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Lotus Resort is beautiful, peaceful, family-friendly holiday location with 4* apartments, a lovely large pool along with small pool for children. Make some memories at this unique location. The apartments are equipped with great care so you will feel comfortable with us. We recommend you come by car to the resort to access the amazing beaches, food shops & restaurants. You can reach our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk.

A tranquil infinity pool extends towards the horizon, reflecting the clear blue sky and water. Two individuals are seen enjoying the serene environment, with a gentle backdrop of the Kvarner bay and lavender plants lining the edge of the pool.
