Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

A bespoke detached house, with lovely amenity areas including a porch, bandstand and elevated barn to relax by the wood burning stove. Set on the edge of the Gnoll Estate close to Neath town centre with convenient access to the M4, less than a 10 min walk to the train station and close to the Gower Coast. Cwmbach Lodges are best described as woodland They are fully equipped to a very high standard as well as furnished for comfort. Parking spaces for four cars and extra private spaces nearby on the property. There is a laundry room, a tourist information point, plus an area for your tired boots and equipment after walking the many miles of footpaths which start just 100m away.
