Toilet's down and upstairs with shower in bathroom. Each bed room has a ceiling fan and one fan downstairs. Access to swimming pool and outside kitchen. Two first floor balconies allow full viewing Tanji bird life. Comfortable, clean and modern with full internet access. A 24 hour security on site.

Anna's compound

Peaceful house with a private swimming pool. The compound is located on a cornerplot with high integrity. You can relax in the garden and cool down in the swimming pool if the sun gets to hot. You have walking distance to a peaceful beach and it is close to the coastal highway where it`s easy to find local transportation. There is also 4 bikes to use if you want to to explore the surroundings. Airport transfer can be arranged. The house will be cleaned twice a week.

Supply of electricity and water is temperamental and not constant in Gambia. -House has solar energy and water tank fitted so there is constant electricity and water. -House has air con and also has ceiling and free standing tall fans. -House is completely safe with security/caretaker on site. -House is 10 mins walk from the Beach -House has 3 upstairs balconies for own private space, and downstairs front terrace to relax.

Great location right on the Brufut highway. 1 min to the Gamtel Junction, 5 min to the turntable, 20 min to the airport. Only paved streets. On foot in 15 minutes to Brufut Beach. Supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Shops within walking distance. Usually quiet nights, sometimes louder music from nearby music clubs. CURRENT: The house was renovated in April 2025!
