B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Explore galleries in the Arts District and stroll back to a majestic century house teeming with original character. Climb stairs to the privacy of a second floor room with en suite shower room. Awaken when morning light peeks through a south-facing skylight. Breakfast is served at convenience in the Dining room. Public car parking in the street is possible but paying. Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter. Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers. Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1, 5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip. On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. Chambre d'hôtes à louer dans une maison privée, à deux pas des institutions Européennes, dans le quartier Schumann. La chambre est équipée de deux lits jumeaux, permettant soit de recevoir un couple, deux personnes, une personne ... au choix. Possibilité d'accueillir une troisième personne dans une petite chambre attenante. Une salle de bain personnelle est réservée aux hôtes : WC, douche, double évier et baignoire, sèche cheveux. Linge de toilette et draps fournis. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner, au prix de 8 € par personne. Par beau temps, il peut être pris sur la terrasse donnant accès au jardin, sinon il se prend dans la salle à manger de l'hôte. Le quartier est très bien desservi par les transports en commun ce qui permet d’atteindre les faubourgs et le centre ville en très peu de temps. Nos chambres ont été meublées avec amour & soin, pour vous assurer un séjour confortable. Nous avons collaboré avec des projets locaux pour réutiliser d'anciens matériaux, ce qui donne une touche rétro-chic à notre maison. Nous sommes parfaitement situés dans un quartier calme mais à une courte ballade du centre historique, des restaurants, des transports, des magasins...

The Oak B&B est idéalement situé à Bierges dans le quartier verdoyant d'Angoussart. accès facile par la E411, à 5min. du zoning Nord de Wavre, près de LLN et à 15min. de Bruxelles. 2 magnifiques chambres à louer ensemble ou séparément vous procurent une parenthèse bien au calme. Un espace commun ultra lumineux peut vous accueillir pour un petit déjeuner (15€/pp./jour) avec vue sur le jardin et les bois ou pour une pause détente. Frigo, four et micro-ondes mis à disposition.

A 7km de Leuven proche de Bruxelles, je vous accueille dans une fermette ancienne en lisière de forêt, un lieu très reposant. Nombreux restaurants proches. Vous occupez dans une aile de la maison: la chambre avec deux lits de 90 ou 180 ensemble, salle de douche avec toilette séparée, petite pièce avec cheminée cassette, terasse et jardin. Petit déjeuner sur demande. Wifi, ni TV ni cuisine, abri vélos, Knooppunt 117. Chaussures d'intérieur souhaitées.

Kom onze charmante B&B ontdekken in het landelijke Hombeek. De ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Mechelen (15min met de bus) of voor een mooie fiets of wandelroute doorheen het groen en de kronkelende waterwegen van het Hombeeks plateau. Heerlijk genieten van de rust en 's morgens een royaal ontbijt. Er zijn ook verschillende eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Bed and Breakfast in beautiful large loft ideally located in the city center. Near the metro and the new street Single room with multi channel TV (Netflix) and private ensuite bathroom (bath and shower) + private wc.
