Die einstige Tagelöhnerkate wurde 2019 liebevoll renoviert. Der alte und gemütliche Charakter des Hauses konnte dabei erhalten bleiben und so besticht dieses Objekt durch sein Fachwerk, die zum großen Teil erhaltenen Backsteine und sein Reetdach. Das Haus bietet idealerweise Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Eine Aufbettung für bis zu 2 weitere Personen im Wohnzimmer ist möglich. Wem das nicht reicht, der kann für Freunde und Familie die Nachbarhäuser (4 Erw. + 2 Kinder & 2 Erw. + Hund) hinzu buchen.

BlueNote liegt 40m vom Meer entfernt, Du kannst jeder Zeit mit einem Kaffee oder einem Wein in der Hand die wenigen Schritte zu der Bank laufen, die direkt am kleinen Steilufer steht und Deinen Blick weit werden lässt: der Bodden sieht jeden Tag anders aus...und immer wunderschön. Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

Baltic Home für bis zu 4 Personen strandnah

Moinsen im Baltic Home Seebad Lubmin, ich begrüße dich recht herzlich an der schönen Küste. Das Apartment kann mit bis zu vier Personen gebucht werden und ist auch für Familien geeignet. In 3 Minuten bist zu zu Fuß am Strand und dein Urlaub kann beginnen. Deinen Urlaubstag kannst du gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. In nur 20 min Fahrzeit erreichst du die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Greifswald, oder Wolgast-Insel Usedom. Herzlich willkommen im Baltic Home.

Nahe am Wasser gebaut - 1 min zum Strand

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Jeweils mit TV und WLan. Die Küche ist praktisch mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Im großen Duschbad befinden sich eine Sauna, die die Gäste gern gegen Aufpreis (Strom) nutzen können. Zur FeWo gehört auch eine eigene Terrasse mit Sitz- und Essgelegenheit und Grill. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain des Hauses ist aber hell und freundlich. Separater Zugang über die Gästeterrasse.

Unsere kleine Wohnung (44 m²) in der Wolgaster Altstadt freut sich über euren Besuch :-) Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz für kleinere PKW (recht eng, bis Größe VW Golf) ist direkt vor der Hauseingangstür. Größere Autos können kostenfrei auf einigen Parkplätzen in der Altstadt parken. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Der große Garten hat Platz für die Kleinen zu spielen und die Großen zu ruhen. Es ist möglich während des Aufenthalts Kunstkurse gegen Gebühr zu belegen. Ein Atelier befindet sich auf dem Gelände.

Viele Details spiegeln den Charme des alten, 1850 gebauten Hauses wieder und dennoch muss nicht auf Komfort verzichtet werden. Wer rustikales Ambiente, gepaart mit Scandi-Elementen liebt, ist hier, wo Fuchs und Kranich sich gute Nacht sagen, genau richtig.

Gemütliches Haus mit 80 qm Wohnfläche inmitten eines naturnahen Gartens im idyllischen Ort Hanshagen, unweit des kleinen Ostseebades Lubmin auf halben Weg zwischen den Inseln Rügen und Usedom in der Nähe von Greifswald. Hanshagen liegt in einem ausgedehnten Waldgebiet und läd zu Wanderungen, Spaziergängen, Radtouren, zum Blaubeeren- und Pilzesammeln ein.
