Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

You have a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker and all the cooking basics. In the bathroom you will find shower gel, shampoo and towels.
