From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Our completely new and lovingly furnished "Casa Kathinka" is located in a beautiful quiet location at an altitude of 405 m. The house is an exclusive retreat for those seeking relaxation and invites you to relax with a terrace with great views and a library. But even sports enthusiasts are not neglected, as our vacation home is a great starting point for cycling trips, hikes and many other leisure activities.

The studio with extra kitchen is modernly decorated and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It offers a cozy pine bed, a dining area for two, a private large loggia/terrace with sun loungers and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare simple meals, including a hob, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.
