This barn is the perfect place for a family get together. It has a full kitchen and multiple outdoor cooking options including two grills (one at pool), outdoor griddle or a large smoker. We can set up the living area to be completely open or with multiple tables and chairs. Get back to nature and relax in peace.

Amazing central location. 3 blocks to Downtown, across TSTC and walking distance to Howard Payne University.

The map room has an antique double bed as well as a desk for your convenience. Two twin beds flank the 3rd bedroom, the mountain room. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Only the main bathroom has a bathtub.

House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!
