Dolce Vita House

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the town center, where you'll find all the main services: a mini market, cafés, restaurants, a laundry, a pharmacy, and a tobacco shop. Parking is available inside the residence.

You will be warmly welcomed in a bright annex with a large covered terrace overlooking the woods of the Monte Mesma reserve, in a 1700s house lovingly renovated a stone's throw from Lake Orta. Kitchenette and dining area on the terrace. The beautiful surroundings are rich in history and stories that, if you want, we will be happy to tell you. Orta S.Giulio is a 5-minute drive away, the nearest beaches are a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. Many possibilities for excursions,on foot or by bike

A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.

Located in the heart of the historic center of Pallanza, it is very close to everything you need: In less than 3 minutes on foot you can reach the lake, bus and boat stops, pharmacy, supermarket, several banks and many excellent restaurants and bars. It is the ideal place for those who want to explore the area or relax.

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.

The Breakfast Club

A 1960s grandma's apartment in a two storeys condo in a rural area. There's nature but also bees, bugs, cats, foxes, dust.. if you have grass pollen allergy or not used to the countryside I won't recommend staying here. The furniture is old but there's a tiny office with Wi-Fi, a massage table and a lot of privacy.
