It is set in its own little courtyard and entrance is from the well-lit canal towpath, with Chester city 15 minutes walk to the left and the Cheshire countryside to the right. Self contained, upstairs comprises one generous bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath/shower room. Downstairs has a comfortable lounge with adjoining kitchen-diner. A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.
