It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and comfortable for 2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Linens/towels provided. Its entrance also allows you to safely store bicycles.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.

Located in the countryside, this place offers you a peaceful oasis. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV… When you arrive your rooms are ready, beds made with towels for your comfort.
