Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV with a Roku. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The couch has a queen sized memory foam mattress that can be pulled out and made into a bed. This house just invites you to rest and enjoy your time in style as you slow down in our cute little west Texas town of Ballinger!!

The master bedroom was a 1-room schoolhouse from the 1890's to 1914, where "Miss Sallie" Young taught (after she retired from 54 years in Texas public schools).
