Fantastic small house in the middle of Skånska wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Private location with lake property and own dock. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, a total of 6 beds. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in masterbedroom. Full equipped kitchen. Wood-burning stove. Patio with barbecue and cozy fireplace. Wood fired hot tub where you can swim overlooking the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe including life vests are included. Kayaks are available to rent for an additional fee. Electric charger for car is available against fee.

The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cabin with its own dock

Accommodation on the shore of Skåne's largest lake, Ivösjön. The open living room, together with the terrace, offers fantastic views. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. The cottage has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Guest house in the countryside. Located in a separate building on our property. The apartment has one (bed) room/kitchen, furnished hall and bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for a starting point to both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla has nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Lake Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km, an old town center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are home!

Relax with family/friends in this peaceful home. Only 150 meters from Skåne's largest lake, Lake Ivösjön. The cottage is 90 sqm and is decorated in a modern style with most amenities. Here you live in the middle of nature with lovely forest around the property and with the lake and sandy beach just below. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 1st toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the property, there is also a wood-burning sauna.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. You live near Listerlandet with sandy beaches, beautiful deciduous forests and a fantastic landscape. Nearby you will also find nice restaurants and shopping. Welcome!

Wonderful cottage in fantastic nature by the lake Halen

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Secluded location on the same property as the host couple's residence, with its own entrance and private areas. Bright interior, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and AC. Welcome to vacation and enjoy our paradise! Newly-built/added summer cottage with sea view. Lovely bike and walking paths. Only 2 km of bike path to Sölvesborg center, with a nice town center. Bicycles are available, possibility to take the bus from Sölvesborg to Sweden Rock. During Sweden Rock, we rent out Tues-Sun, or the whole week. Discount when renting the whole week.

Enjoy nice days with family or friends near the sea on picturesque Västra Näs. News! For groups of more than 8 people, we suggest the possibility of renting our other house "Holken" which is located on the adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together.
