I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. Well stocked with a Yamaha C3 grand piano, a laser projector & 8ft screen and very close to all of Brixton's amenities, you'll love it.

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

Ideal if travelling for business or pleasure. Furnished with a super king size and king size bed and memory foam mattresses, you are sure to have a relaxing and comfortable sleep. A corner sofa bed in the living room folds out to change to a bed and sleeps one. West Dulwich and Herne Hill overground stations are within walking distance and there is a number 3 bus route nearby which takes about 15 minutes to get to Brixton underground. Around the corner, you have a great local cafe which serves breakfast and great coffee. There is also a small supermarket too. There is a bus stop just outside with buses running to Brixton 24/7.
