Situated in a good residential area with Worthing Railway station, shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs within 5-15mins walk. About 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. Has Double bed, fold out bed (extra charge*), sofa, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave) shower room and a good sized garden where guests are welcome to relax. Laundry facilities are available by prior arrangement with Peter or Lisa. * £15pn if 3 people staying, £10 if 2

Emoyeni, a perfect spot for a relaxed staycation!

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.

The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.

Little Lansdowne is a newly designed beautiful furnished garden retreat in the grounds of the home of Laura & Marshall. Just a few minutes walk from the beach this luxurious space has it’s own private entrance, king size bed, en-suite shower room and garden terrace area. Luxurious fabrics, LED twinkly ceiling lights, built in Bluetooth speakers, underfloor heating, hot drink making station TV with freeview and free WiFi makes for a 5 * experience at a fraction of the cost.

Adorable 1 bed guest house with outside space

Larkins is tucked away half-way down Mill Lane, surrounded by trees and wildlife. It is situated in a quiet spot just moments away from some beautiful walks over the Southdown National Park or seaside. The guest Annex has recently been refurbished. It is separate from the main house "Broomhill" and has its own entrance. It is walking distance to the local micro-pub and the High Salvington Windmill.
