Cosy Island cottage in the heart of Dublin

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! Beautiful comfortable home in Monkstown.

Our home is a lovely comfortable space to live in. We are close to all amenities and only minutes from local transport which will take you into the city centre in 25 minutes. Dalkey and Killiney villages are a 7 minute drive! Both beautiful! A short stroll will take you to the village of Monkstown where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. You are also by the sea at Seapoint where we love to walk in the early mornings or evenings to watch the magnificent sunrise or sunset.

Wake up to the sound of the sea! Our home is a four story townhouse in the beautiful coastal town of Greystones, Co. Wicklow. Our home overlooks the beautiful Cove beach in Greystones and is perfect for families with young kids as we have two adults & two kids bedrooms. Every room in our house has amazing views of either the Sugar Loaf mountain to the back or the sea to the front and we are walking distance to the town and the stunning Greystones Marina.
