Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

- Brand new furniture. - Sheridan linen and quilts - Large alfresco area, bbq facilities, - Board games. - 3 minutes drive to Sydney Int & Dom airports, however we are NOT on flight path, therefore no aircraft noise - We are on the main road, with double glazed windows preventing traffic noise, & never disturbed - Located same same side of the beach, means you are 1 min walk to the beach, children park area, bike & walking track ms and 5-10 mins walk to cafes, restaurant & supermarket.

Recently renovated with plantation shutter blinds and heat lamps in the bathroom this secluded, comfortable self-contained accommodation, is private and well equipped. St George Public/ Private Hospital are within walking distance and Sydney Airport close by. The space has Aircon, ceiling fan plus a separate private entrance/foyer for maximum privacy. It's a small studio, but not an entire house. Access is via lockbox. Perfect spot for guests with a view to accommodating every need.

Bedroom 2 ducted air conditioning via the main house, keep at 23 degrees on hot days between 8am and 10pm. Fan and portable heater are available. Bedroom 2 is complimentary to the original listing.
