Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Charming apartment with terrace/garden in the center

Enjoy a stylish and centrally-located place that can accommodate up to 4 people. Guests can enjoy the garden and large terrace. In the city center of Brie-Comte-Robert, a pretty medieval town with its fortified castle, its major events (medieval festival every beginning of October, WE of the Rose Festival and its funfair, beginning of June). Ideally located in Île-de-France, Paris 30 km away, Disneyland 38 km away, Fontainebleau 35 km away and many other classified sites to visit.

FOR 1 PERSON ONLY, 90 X 190 cm bed In a house-building converted into several independent studios, entire home with 2 separate rooms that are NOT grouped together: bedroom with kitchenette on the 1st floor, bathroom with toilet also on the 1st floor facing the bedroom. The 2 rooms are private and locked, only you use them, only you have the keys. The bathroom is NOT IN the bedroom but in a separate room facing the bedroom. No private parking

Studio cocooning & terrasse

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Charment studio, en plein centre ville. Une très grande terrasse. Il y’a un fauteuil qui se transforme en lit d’appoint (si vous souhaitez que le lit soit préparé si vous êtes que deux merci d’ajouter impérativement 3 personnes !!!), à 20 min en voiture de Paris et Disney ou 30 min en transport. 2eme avec ascenseur, dans une petite résidence de standing. Fêtes ou soirée interdite !!

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom.
