Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Hameau de Charmoy

In the countryside with its green area. An entrance hall with washing machine, drying rack and toilet. Then, a well-equipped kitchen (crepe maker, raclette machine, oven, plancha) with a stove, view of the terrace. (barbecue, furniture.) Upstairs, the living room, a shower room, toilet, 2 connecting bedrooms: the second, with a desk area, is located in the extension of the first. This friendly layout is particularly suitable for families with children or friends.

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Former outbuilding of the Château de Malesherbes which supplied bread via a secret passage... Well, since then, unfortunately the secret passage has been blocked and has become our cellar... We are located on a great hiking trail close to the Buthiers forest. You can rock yourself in the hammock after hiking, climbing, or cycling...
