Ein perfekter Ort für Ruhe, Erholung und Genuss am Rande der Magadino-Ebene mit Sicht auf die Berge. Die Städte Bellinzona und Locarno sind mit dem Auto in 15-20 Min. erreichbar.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. It has a wonderful view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden and BBQ. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk, and there is easy walking access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como. There is easy access to the local lake ferry boat service too.

It has a comfortable newer extension and it is very bright .
