You live in a house where the upper floor of 50 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, toilet and shower room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the little extras for those who like to cook. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement which you reach via a floor hatch and narrow stairs. A terrace of approx. 35 m2 surrounds the house, there is a pavilion with outdoor furniture and a gas grill available during the summer. The house is located on a 2800 m2 natural plot. To the southeast it borders the Sandholmarna nature reserve and the other sides border Dyviksvägen and Örigenhamnsvägen.

Spacious house with pool (heated from June to August), wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake down from the house has nice cliffs and a diving tower. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Small house with four beds, 19-square-meter stargazing tent with five beds. Well suited for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking; there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Modern house in the middle of nature

Guest house of 30 square meters in a high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely swimming in both the sea and lake. On the peninsula, there are several nature reserves where forests and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence make this a very relaxing place. Stockholm can be reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 minutes. On the front, there is a balcony and garden that provides privacy from the main building. On the back is a newly-built terrace overlooking the forest.

Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do dishes in the ocean. No temporary unbooked visits are allowed on the property in addition to the two booked. Warm welcome

House by the Sea

Enjoy the sea right in front of the house and relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. A large jetty with dining table, lounge furniture, barbecue, fireplace and a small lawn surrounds you. In a separate cottage 5 meters from this accommodation, there is a spacious sauna with sea view. Spa pool is about 50 meters from the house In the lake house, there is a bed and a sofa bed. If you have more than 4 people, you can rent another cottage for 4 people Hiking trails, café, restaurants and much more are just 10-20 minutes away

The Purple House in Brevik

The house is located on our property. Private parking is available and a small porch with table and chairs in summer. Sleeping loft (may be cramped for two adults) and a sofa bed for two people. Extra mattresses are available. Table with space for 4 people. With its proximity to both forest , lake and sea, this small house is a perfect starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and paddling. By bus, you can easily get to Stockholm.
