Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Ideal for walking or cycling, 15 km from Vézelay near the Morvan Park with its large lakes and Saint-Fargeau, Guedelon, Tannay vineyard. 7 km from Clamecy, medieval city, marina, all shops, bakery, grocery store 3 km away.

It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
