The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg City Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The facade was restored in May 2026 with a lot of love for detail and now shines again in full splendor next to the city hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

The Obermain Therme, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are a 15-minute drive away. Climbing enthusiasts also have it not far to Franksiche Switzerland. In just a few minutes on the A73 and at the cross A70/A73. A one-time fee of €35 will be charged for final cleaning.

The apartment is located in our house with a separate entrance. It was lovingly and comfortably furnished by us. The apartment is 70 square meters and the south terrace is about 35 square meters. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom. Location: Zapfendorf is located in the city triangle of Lichtenfels, Coburg and Bayreuth. The A73 is about 1 km away.
