The Como-Brunate funicular, the lakefront restaurants, Viale Geno beach, and the city center are within walking distance. The apartment is about 50 meters above the lake, so it is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away

We offer 2 double rooms,1 private and one on the mezzanine and a single room (double on request). We are in the city center, a pleasant area, 5 minutes from the lake and one step away from restaurants and shops.
