Our apartment is cozy with two bedrooms, balcony, kitchen-living room and bathroom on a good 70 square meters. From the master bedroom you look at the lake, on the balcony you can have a cozy breakfast and through the separate toilet everyone has enough space. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower wall, the kitchen is fully equipped and your car is parked in the carport. Traveling with children, so we have a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 additional children.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.
