It is located in the VILLA IVICA accommodation, in a quiet and safe location in the middle of nature, close to Bratislava. The 47 m² apartment offers two separate bedrooms, a kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with a corner bathtub, 2 private terraces and a baby bed on request. The outdoor swimming pool is included in the price of the accommodation. Sauna and hot tub are available to guests for an extra fee.

This accommodation has everything you need. Parking is available... the pool, if I'm not home, is all yours... we can arrange its use.... the bus to the city is just a short distance away... and most importantly, the park, where you can do other activities (table tennis, gym, buffet, barbecue areas, 5-story lookout tower, river boat trips, an excellent café just a short distance away... but I also like coffee, so it's available in the room or on my terrace... I can't list everything, you have to try it... I'll be happy to host you.

The house is 5 km from X Bionic, equipped with a swimming pool, table tennis, gazebo, barbecue. It has two bedrooms with single beds for up to 6 people. Ideal for 3 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave. In the living area there is a TV and a stylish tiled stove. Internet connection is a matter of course. The premises are air-conditioned. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink and automatic washing machine. Dining is possible in the interior but also in the gazebo.

The outdoor swimming pool is included in the price of the accommodation. Sauna and hot tub are available to guests for an additional fee.
