Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Nice little house with garden.

80 m2 house in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, completely renovated. Annex to my main house, it sometimes hosts my grown children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 sofa bed in the living room), has a reserved parking space. Large garden to share with the owner. Note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small room to access the other.
