Recently furnished with natural materials (wood, earth-straw wall) that give it a simple and warm appearance, our cottage is well insulated and remains comfortable in any season.

Very quiet and cozy apartment on the ground floor of our detached house with a separate entrance, between city and countryside. 2 km from Vesoul city center, in a subdivision at the edge of the forest. Parking space 1 meter from the front door in a private courtyard. A greenway from the subdivision for peaceful walks... A charming small detached house with a covered terrace, garden area but not fenced, pellet stove and electric radiators, air conditioning only upstairs, bike room. Ideal for recharging your batteries for families or groups of friends… one bedroom is closed and the other is a mezzanine which means it's not closed, it's on the landing Pets are also allowed.
