Golf de Solesmes and its Abbey 15 minutes from Asnières on the back of the manor of the courtyard. 40 minutes from Le Mans with its 24-hour car museum and plantagenet city. 15 minutes from Saulges with its caves, climbing site,museum of prehistory . 30 minutes from st suzanne 40 minutes from the arrow zoo. Located near the Sarthe River, in an authentic countryside setting, 5 km from the city center of Sablé-sur-Sarthe, the site has a long historical past. From a fortified farm, the site became a Logis with the addition of a chapel in the 17th century, a dovecote in the 18th century and agricultural buildings in the 19th century which transformed it into a small farm. With an area of 43 m² on 1 level, the Pasteur gîte can accommodate 4 people maximum and is equipped for PRM.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.
