Located right in Kenmore Square. Steps from subway station and Famous Citgo Sign. Walking distance to Fenway Park, Back Bay, restaurants, bars, etc. Go Red Sox! We do not allow parties, celebrations or smoking. Only well behaved groups so our neighbors and community are happy. This is extremely important to us, thank you.

A Victorian brownstone with 2 floors and a big backyard. 2 separate bedrooms (queen beds) with exposed brick and heavy duty AC units in each BR. The third bed is a queen sized Serta air mattress(easily inflatable) A massive parlor level, very spacious. Easily the best neighborhood in Boston.
