The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

This charming property, composed of 2 farmhouses completely renovated in 2022, is a real haven of peace for a stay with family or friends, to rest, enjoy nature or telecommute. Accessible in 45 minutes by car from Rouen, and 1.5 hours from Paris, by car or via the TER train stations of Gaillon (45 minutes by road) or Gisors (25 minutes). Numerous activities nearby: hiking, cultural and heritage sites, exhibitions, concert hall, equestrian center, etc.
