The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

We are conveniently located just outside of Leipzig and surrounded by beautiful lakes. Public transportation to downtown is within walking distance. Free parking is available on site.
