Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Perfect for couples with children - or two small children.

Centrally located by the city center near the forest and beach. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi (not quite stable) , TV, dishwasher and dryer. There is the possibility of borrowing a cot and high chair. Bed linen/towels are NOT included in the price, but it can be rented. Cleaning is not included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see other place under house manual). You can rent bedcover and towels. There is no cleaning incl. Amazing cottage just by the beach

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Cottage with 25 m to the water and 180 gr. sea view

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy setting in the newly built red wooden summer house "Søglimt". The name of the house is a bit misleading, because from the large kitchen family room there is not only a search glimpse, but 180 gr. full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the kids bathing from the rocks, or simply enjoy the sound and sight of waves and study the ships that flow slowly by.

The tent is located in a private corner of our large garden, with an eastern view, overlooking fields, woods and the baltic sea in the distance. Idyllically located cottage in quiet area. Only 200 meters to the amazing beach of Næs and in walking distance to Allinge city center. Allinge is a lovely port city where there are good opportunities for shopping, good eateries nearby and Bornholm's quite the coziest music venue "Gästgiveren". The house is built on a cliff, is surrounded by dense vegetation and has sea views from the terrace.
