Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Relax with a sea view The Fuxia apartment is located on the seafront, in front of the wonderful Velvet Beach of Senigallia. Thanks to the equipped balcony you can eat every day listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the view of the sea or read a good book caressed by the sea breeze. Ground floor apartment for 2/3 people, with private garden for our animal friends, furnished with unique handmade elements. A magical place to paint, read, meditate, unplug, and find yourself. A few minutes drive to velvet beaches, restaurants, and entertainment.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
