Unique nature and sea location on the east side Öland

Rental at least 2 overnight stays. It offers a great opportunity to stay in the middle of the countryside surrounded by cattle. Rich bird life with an amazing 180 degree view out to the Baltic Sea. The area is a bird protection area. With only about 20 min drive to Borgholm there is a large selection of restaurants, shops and other amusements. The nearest grocery store is about 1 mile north. Public swimming is available in Kårehamn about 1 mile south on the eastern side of Öland. On the west side there is Djupvik about 6 km from the property.

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature & the sea outside the door. 50 meters down we have our jetty where you can enjoy the morning coffee. Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bike to explore the local area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/daybed that pulls out to a double bed as well as a wide loft bed with a ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Warm welcome!

Perfect for overnight stays when planning excursions or activities during the day. Inside, you will find a new kitchen with fridge, freezer compartment and microwave and stove. Beds 2*80 = double bed 160 cm). Toilet with shower. TV with Chromecast, private balcony with dining table. Bedlinen and towels are available. Pet-free and smoke-free is very important!

Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. Location is awesome good about 80 meters to beach. You are close by to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility on our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner on Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Djupvik is characterized by a long stone coast with amazing cycling and hiking trails. The guesthouse is about 80 m from the shore and has a wonderful view over the water. In the evenings you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is located in Djupvik during the summer. About 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.
