Shared spaces on property: Pool, front yard, back walk way Local suburb, with bus and taxi access into town and plenty of parking if you choose to drive. 45 minutes from Boquete, 1 hour from Boca Chica and 2 hours and 1 hour boat ride to Bocas Del Toro, this location is a day-tripper's dream!

The cottage is surrounded by abundant nature and gardens with many local plants and flowers. We are located at 4 minutes driving to downtown, where you can find parks, tours, hiking trails and excellent gastronomy. I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.
