Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km). The city of Heilbronn (15 km), located on the Neckar, also invites you to linger with its many excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

The beautiful and above all quietly located Soutterain apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom with a wardrobe and large living and dining area with a sofa bed, as well as an open kitchen, which is fully equipped. A bathroom with a very large shower. In addition, you can book a separate office. The apartment is very modern and was only completed in 2022. Bedding and towels are included.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

You can conveniently charge your e-bike in the garage, and there is also a small workshop with a bike repair stand. WINE🍇 Located right at the foot of the vineyard, a wide variety of events can be reached on foot.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
